✦ Please remember that you’re staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. This is NOT a party house. If problems arise, we will take action immediately.
✦ We have an exterior camera facing the front of the apartment. A noise-monitoring device is also in the unit for noise level moderation.
✦ Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews are required to settle a refundable deposit to our discretion prior to a booking being confirmed and check in instructions being shared which is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property.
✦ Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an Instant Book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled. Great location!
This place was perfect for us three. Great location within walking distance to everything we needed, the beach, stores, and restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood, very safe. Our host Chris responded to questions and concerns (only had minor ones!) quickly and professionally, and offered to be available right away if needed. All fixtures, comforts, and amenities were very clean and updated. Would stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommend.
Great location, easy walking to the beach, thr bay, local eateries i.e. coffee, Rita’s, Boulevard Clams (best lobster rolls on the island). Host was communicative and we had a great stay!
